The company's price of $84 is a good starting point. If you offered it for $25, they would still profit from it being idle and generating no revenue.
Many large data centers offer similar services. Furthermore, data centers typically acquire servers at significantly lower prices than you are currently offering. Therefore, the specifications you requested at $25 per month are acceptable, but not all companies will agree to this price, as their goal is high profit margins, not small ones.
