I know i didn't spend much, I just got VPS 1, but honestly this host has the worst support I've ever experienced. It's 4 hours minimum between replies, and it's been 11 hours since my last one. I wanted to extend the bandwidth by 5TB and they said it was 7 euro, but on the site it says 5 euro for 5TB when creating the vps. I then decided I actually need 10TB while asking for the same price that is advertised on their website and I'm still waiting for a reply 11 hours later. I also asked for a refund and got completely ignored in two separate reply chains. I noticed in the fineprint you can't get a refund if you chose instant vps delivery, which seems shady - I would have chosen the ability to get a refund if it was obvious.

As stated in our LowEndTalk post, Terms of Service, and during the checkout process, we can process refunds when they are requested within 24 hours of the purchase.
Regarding additional bandwidth, you can upgrade it yourself directly from the Services section without needing to contact support. If you were given a different price than the one displayed during checkout, this may have simply been a human error, where our support team did not check the specific service and instead assumed the general pricing. We apologize for the confusion caused by this.
As for response times, this depends on the overall number of support tickets we are handling at the time. We are not a large company, so we aim to respond within 24 hours in most cases. Usually, the response time is below 24 hours, but it can occasionally take longer depending on the number of tickets we are dealing with.

Firewall Manager → IP Settings → Asymmetric
Before switching the protection mode, make sure you have opened all relevant ports that you need, such as SSH, RDP, or any other required services.
Changing the filtering mode may improve connectivity from certain restricted regions.
