Vietnam's international traffic has been downed to about 37 kbps lately, how'd you deal with this to ensure the "1 Gbps" ?
Where exactly are you measuring from and to? Given that Vietnam is currently experiencing breaks in multiple fiber-optic cables, guaranteeing 1 Gbps of international bandwidth for every location is simply impossible.

Most of the places I tested (Hong Kong, Singapore, US) ranging from 72kbs-1mbps, but local bandwidth is 300-400mbps (my plan's limit)
