I'm looking for a US VPS for a small group of around 20–25 users, and I'd love to hear from both providers and experienced LET members.
I'm not really looking for the cheapest VPS with the most CPU/RAM. Network quality is the priority.
What I'm looking for:
🇺🇸 Location: US — West Coast preferred, but I'm open to other locations if the routing is better.
👥 Users: ~20–25
🚀 Port: 300 Mbps minimum
📊 Traffic: 2.5 TB/month minimum
🌐 Routing: Good connectivity to China / Asia
⚡ Peak-hour performance: Stable latency and low packet loss during busy hours
📡 Ideally good routes for China Telecom / China Unicom / China Mobile
💻 Virtualization: KVM preferred
🔢 IPv4: Required
💰 Budget: up to $25/month
📅 Monthly billing preferred
What matters most to me
Network > stability > routing > everything else.
I don't need a huge amount of CPU or RAM. I'd rather have a modest VPS with a really good network than a powerful VPS with poor international routing.
I'm especially interested in providers that have:
Good US West Coast connectivity
Consistent performance during peak hours
Low packet loss to China
Good China Telecom / Unicom / Mobile routes
Premium or optimized international transit
A clean/reliable IPv4
I'm also not limited to the big-name providers. If you're a smaller provider with a genuinely good network, I'd be very interested in hearing about it.

Those provider above has CN optimized product with premium connectivity through AS9929, AS4837, CMIN2.
But, if you're okay with 170-180ms ping, then <$5/m vps is good enough

I'm specifically looking for the Los Angeles CN-optimized VPS, and I'd like to test the route from China Telecom / China Unicom / China Mobile, preferably during peak hours.
