Improving free hosting project
So, I have pretty large free hosting project. There is premium plan. All is good, but now I would like to substantially boost whole ordeal and increase revenue. What should I offer?

Voted "platinum plan" but this is coming from someone who doesn't currently use your product.
Edit: I was just voting based on an imagined scenario where I was a customer. A higher paid plan could incentivize me to upgrade while keeping everything in one place and not needing to migrate.

I must ask you a question back to help me make my answer, What are your first gut instincts and which decision are you preferring yourself @Levi ?
I feel as if certainly you know more about the project than anyone else so I'd be curious to know what you think of the whole situation and of each options individually. I think this can help in finding the most optimal solution hopefully.

What's the profits in free host projects? Only losses
Currently it is profitable. Around few hundred euro per year.

free hosting is dead since 2000 dude.
Ou man, nowadays basement hosting and free hosting is on the rise again.
It depends how you handle it.
The biggest ones raised fast and got outselled, short time after they failed. All are gone, corrupt money dumping, too much adverts, server with limits to non usable upload speed. Premium accounts for ad removing and so on.
🙄 seriously how can u earn if all servers are for free? Using ads?

Cheap domain registrations for revenue.
More addons with higher margin for income.
