So this basically a small project I'm trying to make, which involves making a custom management panel from scratch while also providing some free boxes for Devs & Students hopefully, please keep in consideration that this is not at all a professional thing, but rather more like an experimental hobby project that's operated on consumer hardware with no support or guarantees, this service could go down at any moment and uptime is a best effort.
How does it work?
- You need a Discord account to log in. Logging in will automatically add you to the project's official Discord server, If you're at the 100 server limit on Discord it wont though.
- 7 Day renewal cycle, for you to keep your VPS you'll have to renew it every 7 days, if you don't then the VPS will get deleted.
Resource Management & Fair Use
- There's a throttle system implemented, you have burst 100% of that vCore, but if there's a consistent 35%+ for 5minutes usage of the cpu it will get throttled automatically to 10% and will come back to normal if usage returns back to normal.
- Network abuse is strictly forbidden, there's a Deep Packet Inspector in place that could suspend your machine at any time if it detects something naughty.
- SMTP ports are Blocked
What you get

Is there a way to renew via CLI?
No, you will have to renew it always from the website, but I could implement that in the future
No available servers in the selected location for this plan (location may be full or offline).
Try again, should be fine now
YABS:
nothing about this sounds like a good idea but no doubt there'll be some fair drama out of it, good luck.
We'll see
looks interesting, might as well try it ig
nvm, im dumb. simple math
Disgusting.
What happens if someone uses 20% CPU usually and, for 5 minutes, uses >35%? If you throttle it down to 10%, CPU usage will perpetually show 100% and will never "come back to normal". It would be better to throttle to 35%.
If you use 35% your 100% wont become that 35%, meaning that if you throttle to 10%, your cpu usage will show 10% out of 100%
im not surprised that you can't even update the packages without being hard capped on the cpu to the point ssh breaks. does the server have 100% IOWAIT?
And if someone uses 20% perpetually, they'll never be able to reset the throttle without manual intervention? That seems like it could cause a lot of users to get trapped in a constant throttle.
There's a decay window of 1min, so users dont stay on throttled state
Well stock is gone now
