Help me find a VPS for a forum and a bunch of other projects

Hello, I run a public forum and I have plans to switch to a new VPS host to accommodate an increasing userbase and projects related to this site. The maximum I am willing to spend is $300, but the cheaper the better. Contextually, here is a list of things I want to host:
- a relatively active forum (~150 users a day/~30 posts per hour)
- a minecraft server
- a matrix instance
- a wikimedia instance
- a newsletter
- several static websites
- an LLM automod for the forum (we are considering Gemma 4b)
The forum currently gobbles up around 2gb ram, the server about 4-6, the matrix, wiki and newsletter should be pretty lightweight, so let's say 1-2gb. the static websites should be pretty light as well. The only real issue would be the LLM automod.
Any help is appreciated, especially VPS recommendations.

check @onidel for VPS, they have some failover features that are well-suited for production environments
hi @idontknowshark
Which location would you be primarily interested in?
Also, I think gemma3:4b itself (assuming that's the one you meant) will require around 3-4GB of RAM to run.
