  I have add 20EUR credit via new their control panel, and realize we actually don't use it. Send a request by ticket and also proceed a refund request with paypal. Paypal did a refund instant after submit.

  The service came back up yesterday after a 6 to 8-hour outage, ran fine for about 10 hours, and then went down again. It has already been offline for over 7 hours today and is still not fixed. My server is located in Japan.

  They say hard force restart JP node, but I might think about their purchase with DC maybe corrupt etc.

  We had a problem with one of our nodes. We have multiple nodes in JP, just one of them is causing troubles, our engineers are working to solve the issue permanently.

  they are bumping up renewal. their proxy service sucks too.... F days and days of downtime.
