  A dedicated server starting at $10 doesn't mean you just spend $10, and then you expect to be able to pay extra to add more IPs to the dedicated server, that's what it means.

  Our budget is not capped; we are simply looking for dedicated servers starting from $10 to accumulate resources. We are not using them for our own purposes

  You're not going to get a dedicated server for $10 with the specs you need, even without an IPv4.

  You can rent /24 block for about 120 euro per month probably cheaper than paying 2-3 euro per extra IP that most providers will charge, 10g unmetered you can get for roughly 300 per month in eu and us, about 500-600 per month in APAC

  We offer dedicated servers in the UK, we include tenantos control panel to allow reboots/reinstalls/idrac but do not offer them at $10

  Not many providers will sell you servers at $10 since there is no profit for any provider selling that low in the current market

  You could just buy from OVH like SYS or RISE series and buy extra ips from ovh directly

  You will still need a few hundred dollars to get started doing this.
