@rarecloud any updates?
Same here! SSH is completely unresponsive and the new control panel is stuck loading.
JP VPS Down too. @rarecloud
@rarecloud Same for me. tried rebooting server via Console API and in Web UI, always "Virtualizor network error: fetch failed".
Any updates?
My Hongkong and Tokyo vps-es are also unresponsive. I filed a ticket too.
Constanța is up.
Ticket response but no changes.
rarecloud rebooted my vps, all is good and working again. just ask for reboot vps in support ticket
thank you Justin @rarecloud .
anyway something fishy is happening when multiple datacenter don't work suddenly. Infrastructure shouldnt have a single point of failure.
Germany location down too. SSH completely unresponsive and the control panel is stuck loading.
Their console's control panel still down, and only the JP vps is up now. See a response from a ticket, ping up.
Can confirm - even the high level console is not loading vps info. Down 90m now.
JP VPS UP online and working fine.
EU is still down with mgmt panel unavailable.
Frankfurt is still down
My JP VPS is down, but seemingly only went down at 6:36 this morning (3:30 ago), so later than the initial report here.
I also just spotted that it was down for 22 hours last week (which I didn't notice as I was on holiday).

New Complementary Offer
Rarecloud double or triple your downtime.
You have all been chosen as winners, you don't have to pay more.
Such a widespread outage would warrant some quick update to acknowledge the situation - but there is complete radio silence as it seems - usually this is not a good sign. Regular network/hardware issues are mostly local to sites, but this one has bigger impact.
