142.249.45.101 gets a 99, which seems fair as the block has no abuse history on abuseipdb.

  • Practically speaking, IP risk assessments only have any impact if the VPS is sending mail directly from the VPS?

If you use a VPS as a proxy/VPN it also matters, you'll hit more captchas. Maybe blocks too but usually the blocks I see just target datacenter IPs in general/are geoblocks, not high-risk IPs.

nice tool. Working perfectly. one of the latest highest thread IP is 94% good.
"This IP was reported 446,161 times. Confidence of Abuse is 100%:"

So what's the database that the Artificial Intelligence selected?

    Is this VPN?

No — that one looks like a public proxy (PUB) rather than a VPN.

The more important part is SPAM/SCANNER + fraud score 99. That's exactly the kind of reputation/threat signal NetRiskScan currently needs better coverage for.

I've added this IP to my regression tests. Thanks for the example.
