Second CentrixNodes VPS — no SSH credentials, ticket open since Aug 15
Ordered a second server on Aug 15 (Primary Network ID: 8287135011) — my first one's been fine, but this one never sent SSH credentials after provisioning. Tried a reinstall and a root password reset through the panel, neither generated new creds.
Support (Jayden H.) replied same day saying they'd sort it out immediately — screenshot attached — but it's been quiet since. Just wondering if anyone else has hit this with a second order, or if there's a better way to nudge it along. https://freeimage.host/i/CLu0uFn
Just use the web-panel to reset the SSH password? or better yet, use a SSH key.
Yeah, tried both — reset the root password via the panel and also did a fresh reinstall specifically to get a new SSH key/password prompt. Neither triggered new credentials being sent, and I still can't log in with what little I have. That's why I ended up opening the ticket instead.
tanek, following up here since it's public and the ticket has been quiet for days — server IP 107.172.136.192, created Aug 15 6:46 AM, still no working SSH access after both a rebuild and a panel password reset. Support (Jayden H.) said they'd fix it "immediately" that same evening (Aug 15, 00:38) and then went quiet. Ticket #WAD-899980 for reference.
