[Looking] Storage VPS in India for DB backups
Hey all,
Running a self-hosted app stack on bare metal currently. Need a storage-focused VPS in India as an offsite backup target for PostgreSQL (WAL archiving + periodic dumps).
Location: India, Mumbai preferred, open to other regions
Use case: Backup/storage only — not running app workloads, just needs to take rsync/SFTP pushes and sit there reliably
Specs needed:
Low CPU/RAM fine (1-2 vCPU)
Generous disk — SSD/NVMe preferred, bulk HDD acceptable for cold storage
Decent outbound bandwidth (nightly transfers)
SSH/rsync access
Nice to have: snapshots, IPv6
Anyone running backup/storage nodes in India with decent I/O and uptime? Looking for actual experience, not marketing copy — good or bad. Provider names/links appreciated.

I am looking for around 1-2tb hdd storage just for backup.
