Need a small VPS for development
Need a VPS for a development project (PHP+MariaDB)
Nothing highend or powerful but at least usable smoothly.
Requirement
1vCore (2 wil be ideal)
I don't think I will utilise even more than 30% of a single core
1Gb ram (2gb prefer)
20gb nvme
Bandwidth? Anything! 500 gb is good for safety even though I think 50gb is more than enough.
Location? Anything
Budget - not more than $15 yearly max
Note: My project may consume even far less resources than above mentioned requirements.

I will develop my project on local then upload to the server and test it for few minutes, after that the server will go idle position or I can shut it down
But still I prefer offers have more than my requirements (Just for safety and smooth working)

Yeah, hourly makes more sense in my opinion. I just throw stuff on Hetzner or Vultr instances, delete when I'm done. Why spend $15 when you can spend a few cents?
