  If you take yearly plan, we will send you upgrade bill with yearly plan.

  Too bad I canceled not even two months ago because there wasn't an ETA at the time. Now traffic volume is too low compared to what I had (2TB then vs. 1TB now on the 12$ offer).

  VPS will be suspended automatically, then you can also top-up bandwidth using client area addon.
