Why are prices GBP here, USD on home page, and company is IN?

Our website is old; we will be in the process of updating the website. Also, the company is registered in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Prices are mentioned in USD here as well, inside parentheses.

If you mean that these plans will renew at the same price, then the answer is yes.
If you mean your existing plan from a different sale/promo/event that can be renewed at this promotional price, the answer is no.

250/day/mailbox, can be increased but with proper justification.

Afaik postage charges with that change would cost more than the service itself.

  • I don't send a lot of emails but when I do I like to think they get delivered cleanly. None are sent to sell anything and I know all recipients.

I bought the MailBig package a few months ago. Since Vikas has moved accounts to DA and using MailBaby I have seen very good delivery of emails.
With all the DNS fully configured all is going well. Just follow the clear instructions MailBig provide.

If you need more than 20 mailboxes then you might look at other options.

In a few weeks it looks like I will need to send more emails than allowed in 1day so I can simply spread them out over 2 days.

    Happy Camper here.

  • What is the reliability of delivery on Gmail/Outlook?

Works great for Gmail and Yahoo and Hotmail. Waiting on a response from friend who's on outlook as his client email tool.
But you should not use .XYZ .top or lower price TLD domain name.
They tend to have higher spam score when checking with Proton Mail.

I have managed to meet with my friend who uses Outlook.
A legitimate email I sent him yesterday did go to his Junk Mail folder.
I suggested he may have some filter set to high. He has no clue about that, but knows from experience to check his junk folder every day.

People need to stop using Outlook! No other email client is so f*cked up.

Would it be possible to publicly share the details of why there is a problem with Outlook?
