Looking for an affordable VPS in US West/Central regions with a /48 IPv6 allocation

Hardware specs (CPU/RAM/disk/bandwidth) don't matter to me at all. I just need the absolute lowest price possible—IPv6-only is totally fine, as long as it includes a routed /48 IPv6 subnet

Lease a /48 IPv6 subnet and have another provider announce it or use https://freerangecloud.com/products.php
they can sell you /48 and a vps.
