Hi, does the $20 promotional credit have an expiration date, and can it also be used to pay for the additional IPv4 address? Also, does hourly billing stop when the VPS is powered off, or does the server need to be deleted?
Hi! The $20 promotional credit is added once you deposit $10 using your card, and it never expires. It can also be used to pay for additional IPv4 addresses, which cost $3 per month each.
You can reserve Floating IPs within your organization and assign or move them between your VPS instances as needed. The limit is 5 IPs per VPS and 30 IPs per bare-metal server.
Please note that VPS billing continues even when the server is powered off. To stop being charged, you must permanently delete the VPS.
