I am more than willing to share all the details explaining our recent inactivity and the server issues we encountered.

I'm afraid that you will need to open a ticket about this. (It's not me who makes the final decision about this)
Sure
too little too late, service is canceled, maybe next time you provide something better
We've likely identified the root cause on server7756 and are performing another physical check. This may require 2 to 3 hours of downtime, but we expect to resolve the issue today."
@Servitro Sir your shit is down again
would help you more probably if you're willing to deliver good service and support
Please read our last comment.
Well, my VPS is not on that one and down again, after having 50% packet loss. You really shouldn't let customers do your job of monitoring.

You should see "The system failed to respond to the action request. Further attempts are likely to be cancelled until the system is responding normally. Try again in five minutes." before I do, really
Hello. I am really sorry for the problems caused. We are actively monitoring the situation, and our team is working to fix this. We have identified the problem and expect this maintenance to resolve it.
I've seen 2 similar msg before, and nothing changed, sadly I erased the to e-mails where you "identified and solved the problem"
The issue affecting server7756 (AMD EPYC 7763) has now been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally.
If you experienced downtime or require assistance, please open a support ticket through your portal to request compensation or further help. Thank you for your patience.
Yes my VPS seems stable now, no I will not open a ticket so it can be privately ignored, and no I don't think that is an acceptable % of packet loss nor avg.. and potential customers should see it
Hello,
If you could open a support ticket or provide me with the email address associated with your account, we can look into this further and work on resolving the issue for you.
Why, do you randomly slow down that host/VPS individually and are not aware of it? You need to get a grip of your infrastructure, I already moved most things away.
For transparency, things have further improved:
still worse than my regular connection at home:
Hello,
We regularly monitor our infrastructure, but due to limited staffing and an increasing volume of orders, we were unable to address everything in a timely manner.
We are continuously working to improve our infrastructure, expand our capacity, and ensure a more reliable experience for our customers.
Thank you for reporting this to us and for your understanding.
