What provider is similar priced to Hostdzire but actually secures their system?

  No way to make a guarantee. But look into providers that use AMD SEV-SNP and learn how to do remote attestation. Onidel has a good guide on how to do that I believe. With that, you won't have to worry about the provider's security.

  Any suggestion for providers? I've got comments but seems only 1 real provider.

  I don't need a guarantee but at least company with some form of proper compliance and controls. Apparently its a lot to ask for a legit provider that actually has a security team and compliance division.

  This doesn't work this way. Security is not something you do once and forget.
  Basically you are asking for some kind of SLA guarantee that the provider will not be hacked. I don't think any serious provider will be willing to claim such nonsense.

  Instead, have proper security on your own boxes (disk encryption, firewall rules, don't use the providers template, etc) and a backup plan in case something goes wrong. Because today it's ransomware with provider X, tomorrow it can be hardware failure with provider Y, and next week it can be network outage with provider Z.

  I don't trust providers for security.

  That's why I have banned all inbound/outbound connections.

  Nothing can get in and nothing can get out. In fact, to make it more secure in bulletproof manner, I myself have encrypted the disk myself to the extent that I don't even can't decrypt the data.

  I believe that should stop all the hackers and malicious users.
