You have no fucking clue what you have with them but you're absolutely certain that people have your pii.
Man. Sell me your drugs.

Sure you can blame it on them, but if you expect a Tier-3 SoC team with 24/7 monitoring,
advanced SIEM platforms, proactive threat hunting, automated backups and a team of
security experts for $7/mo - I got bad news for you.
The 9.8 (Critical) vulnerabilities became public and they were hacked a day later.
Could they do better? I guess so. Does it mean it can't happen to others? Definitely can.
I can't log into the portal to pull the info and specs and everything. The VM's have been destroyed so can't login to them either.
So like.. you have multiple servers with sensitive data worth a huge fit about losing, but no inventory of what the servers were or their specs? I swear this makes less sense as the conversation goes on.
And also no email order confirmations that state the base package and any additions for each order…
I am more interest in this part, please elaborate.
what is up with this forum? im not sure the issue. i have vps with like 5 of their DCs and theyre not that expensive so just looking for something similar pricing and their specs so i can just buy the average vps they have in all their DCs and move off and hopefully get a refund.
i can pull my invoices if theres any provider thatll beat them
Most people who provide offers would want to know what specs and what price you're looking for, for one.
They run on Leaseweb infrastructure in the majority of their DCs. The only issues were on their own infrastructure in India and Netherlands.
Do you also not trust Leaseweb since you want to change your entire fleet?
im just wondering similar priced/specs with a bunch of DCs
poor kiddo
Not sure when they sold these but the email also mentioned "Selected VMware-based nodes in the United States"
How the fuck someone is supposed to provide you SIMILAR pricing / specs
IF YOU NEVER SPECIFIED THEM IN FIRST PLACE. HOW TO PROVIDE SOMETHING SIMILAR IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU HAVE?
If you are just fishing for "GIVE ME BEST DEAL I AM CHEAP I HAVE 10$ PER YEAR FOR UNLIMITED TRANSFER" then just fucking say so and save everyone time.
OP high as fuck. . . . .Period
other : tell us your spec needed! so we can help you!
OP : iDK man, simmilar spec and price.
HE ALREADY SAID IT! SIMILAR TO WHAT HOSTDZIRE OFFERS!!!!
GEEZ! WHATS UP WITH THIS FORUM!!!! PEOPLE ARE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND HIS BASIC REQUIREMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
exactly. Im trying to restore and get back up as i just found out about this from a google search and this forum came up. idk why this place is so against a simple question. these vps are a few bucks a month, I dont care if a bit more and a bit more powerful just similar specs to their plans
Check out Velox Media, @dedigod. I'm sure they can help you out.
Exactly. Those who wants to list their products, it is THEIR DUTY to search through check what hostdzire offers, what type of deals they offer and then these providers should come up with their own offerings. If you are doing business, YOU SHOULDN'T BE LAZY to list your own offerings only but you'll have to correctly analyse WHAT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS ARE even if customer is not being able to articulate properly.
And these other people are here just eating popcorn while my bro is struggling to find a decent home for his data.
Shame on you guys.
Exactly, providers have to FIND YOUR NEEDS so they can PROVIDE you SERVICES.
What the f.
What providers need from you is exactly what server specs you are going to need, not their duty to go to Hostdzire website and get the references, it is YOUR DUTY to state all your requirements beforehand.
You are so entitled that you not even realize this small mistake after like 3–4 people try to tell you here (in a sarcasm way).
What exactly is "few bucks a month", what exactly is "similar specs"?
God know who have similar pricing, they all have their business to taking care of, not swinging around checking HostDZire website all day to know their pricing.
Edit: I quote wrong person, was suppose to quote OP.
Thank you for the advice!
It's YOU.
Static IP with 2-8GB DDR4/DDR5 ram 2-4 core 50gb nvme under $30/month. Somewhere that has 3-4 DCs in different countries and can properly secure their DCs.
I'm not looking for quotes but just recommendations for providers that are similar. mainly ones with footprint in multiple countries.
Is there anything more you need for exact specs? I can't see the vm specs i have just a normal decent vps thats stable
I'm amused by sudden escalation
Okay I have a lot of this. Thanks for sharing.
Anyway, your previous comment would help make things apparent to providers that potentially can provide you alternatives.
AWS, GCP, Azure, Vultr, Digitalocean are for you. Security, Reliability and Cheap Price dont go hand in hand.... For similar prices you will get similar issues. Just stick with big 3 if you are not willing to put extra effort into securing the server yourself or get managed services.
