Good luck finding anyone letting go of these servers. They ate currently a goldmine!
You'd need to at least 10x your budget for anyone to even consider selling them to you.
setup an alert. I saw some 10eur servers available this week but they go fast.
10x? that's too high. I bought KS-LE-B with about 20-25 eur last year. so think KS-LE-1 and KS-LE-A is suitable 15 eur

I also don't think it would be 10x, but you would definitely up your budget. Last year was before the memory shortage, the market is dry af right now and getting good deals is only possible if you are fast or have good connections and even then, you would pay X more than you did last year.
KS-LE-B, obviously. There was even a discount code for free setup. Quite a few people here have been gambling over the last few days. I heard @plumberg hit the loto several times, although he doesn’t actually need the servers. You might get lucky if he’s selling some.
If he hasn’t responded after several DMs, you could try his assistants, @ehab and @emgh. They might be a little quicker at processing the DMs.
If they’re already out of stock, or if continuously messaging them (I mean several times per day with this!) still hasn’t managed to get their attention, I’d suggest contacting @allthemtings. He’s for sure got some big loto servers. He usually doesn’t ask for 10x the monthly rent, either. Might even give you a few months of free service since he accidentally ordered them with an initial commitment.

Last year =/= this year. Unless you've been living under a rock, the situation is completely fucked right now. 10x is the ballpark price that I think can give you a chance to grab it nowadays.
