I must admit that the services are snappy now and can login into the DA panel and server
been a customer for over four years no complaints
I don't have any connection or performance issue. All my services are running without any issues.
It only happens on some VPSs, not all of them.

You can compare latency and packet loss from a few external locations before assuming it's a provider-wide issue. Since you've already opened a ticket, sharing a traceroute or MTR could probably help others confirm whether they're seeing the same behavior.
