[Request] Dedicated | 10Gbps + 150TB+ | AMD 16C+ | Windows | NL/DE/UK/CA

Looking for a new dedicated box. Coming from a Ryzen 9 3900 (12C/24T)
with 128GB and a 1Gbps unmetered port that's now saturated at ~989Mbps
sustained. That port is the bottleneck I'm trying to fix.

Note: the port saturates in daily bursts (~8h/day), not 24/7 —
measured total is 100-150TB/month.

WHAT I NEED:
CPU : AMD, Zen 2 or newer, 16+ real cores. EPYC 7532 or
equivalent would be ideal.
RAM : 32GB min, 64GB preferred
Disk : 1TB+ NVMe
Network : 10Gbps port with 150TB+ outbound. Metered is fine,
I don't need unmetered.
OS : Windows Server — BYOL or custom ISO both work
Location: NL / DE / UK / CA
Billing : Monthly
Budget : up to $70/mo

USAGE: primarily high-volume outbound transfer.
Roughly 100-150TB out, ~3TB in per month.

If you can, please mention the exact CPU model and how you meter
traffic (outbound only, or in + out). Happy to sort the rest via DM.

One thing I don't understand, though: your port is currently maxed out at around 989 Mbps, but you say you only need 150 TB of traffic. Those numbers don't really seem to match. Could you clarify for the providers who may want to offer something?

Good catch. The port saturates in bursts, not around the clock —
roughly 8 hours a day at full 1Gbps, idle the rest. That works out to
around 100-150TB/month total, which is what I've measured over the
    last 30 days.

    That's why I'm after a 10Gbps port with a 150TB cap rather than
unmetered: I need the headroom to finish those daily windows faster,
    not a permanently maxed link.
