Looking for monthly VPS for duration of 3 months for education purpose, Use it for MySQL, S3/Minio, NFS backend for a course. Expected config, 1 TB NVMe, 32 GB RAM, 10 gbps network, VPS, 6-8 cores, Europe location. Need KVM/Docker compatible VMs.
Netcup is an option, but I see they have 1/2/5 gbps. We don't consume a lot of bandwidth, but prefer speed to reduce I/O latency for data access.
Budget is about 20-30 Euros a month.

Not possible with that budget. Those specs are a dedicated server.. 32GB Ram and 1TB NVMe in this economy.
If you look at a slower speed we can do something in the UK with SSD drive
