There's still no one handling new orders at DDPS. I’ve been waiting and putting up with this for half a year just wanting to buy a server from DDPS.

This has been going on for a quite a while I reckon and this host is like a literal ghost ship. Last year I placed an order with DDPS around maybe February, never received the service, and got no refund or response, which meant I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
It makes me wonder how serious DDPS takes their business. If they can’t handle new orders, they should shut down the ability to make new orders until they can.

My TY-2G VPS order has been pending review for more than 70 hours.
I also opened ticket AWI-821084 for cancellation/refund, but no response yet.
Could anyone confirm the current DDPS status?
