We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our service pricing.
Over the past several months, we have worked hard to absorb the significant increases in hardware costs, particularly the continued rise in RAM prices, as well as recent increases in colocation charges from our data center providers. Despite our best efforts to maintain our existing pricing, these rising infrastructure costs have made it necessary for us to review our pricing.
As a result, updated pricing for eligible services will take effect on 15th August and will be reflected in your subsequent invoice.
Please Note: This pricing update applies only to heavily discounted services and promotional offers. If your service is already billed at our standard pricing, you can safely ignore this email, as no changes will be made to your current plan.
This decision was not made lightly. We have done everything possible to keep our prices unchanged for as long as we could, but the continued increase in infrastructure costs has made this adjustment unavoidable.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued trust and support. We remain committed to providing reliable, high-performance hosting services and excellent customer support.

For the sake of all things, don't get this personally, but we passed the "things might go back to pre 2026 ", markets say it will not happen anytime soon.
I get the fact that you don't like it, I have said it a few times myself that raising prices is the last thing an operator wishes to do, yet reality is different.
When we can again get drives at ~200 USD / 14-18 TB, then we can have a chat of how an ass we are for raising prices, until then...... copium.

There is an expression in Eastern Europe (which you may know) - let the kid do any fun but to not let it cry, something along those lines.
The thing is to be able to split between a fair price increase eg some overall costs have increased and providers just looking to use it as an excuse.
What really does not help situations is there are 2 parts to this too
1 - Short term providers or ones who oversell to within 1mb of the server capacity where there are constant issues such as poor performance, downtime offering things like $7 a year and to reach that price must oversell like crazy then people complain about outages ect
2 - long term providers may offer some deals but they are maybe half to double the price of the short term providers but are reasonable in performance and uptime, but people simply judge on a $ basis rather than quality
Providers are then stuck in a situation of either sell cheap but oversell, or sell at a reasonable fee give a good service, they may need to increase a little continue the good service but feel worried about doing the increase because of the negative reaction or the "I run a list and i will put you on my black list"
Its about time these lists are stopped here especially on public/indexed forums unless its a proven scammer/scam provider, these types of lists taken out of context sometimes when added to a 10-20 page thread can harm a providers reputation and for what, to give the member running the list a feel of self importance.
We have seen a lot of threads with screenshots of tickets from providers with threats from customers "do this or I will have you listed"
As I say, if the provider is a proven scammer or doing something that can harm customers/put them at risk fair enough but just to give someone self importance it should be a no.
