My STOR has 500 up 1000 down so that's probably it.
EDIT: That sure does look like 500/500 though.
It for sure has 500 up and down, i can't tell why it doesn't have full 1 gbit but it's still a pretty fine server.
Yeah I keep accidentally trying to apply logic to things that do not follow any such patterns

The server simply just has 500 Mbit, not more. Maybe you can bully support about this issue; for now it's still available for transfer if interested.
