Need help finding a cheap and reputable colocation offer

Hi all! I run a somewhat large modded Minecraft server and we have outgrown our VPS. So we are currently considering buying our own hardware. One part of that is putting it somewhere. I have found a few providers that provide 1U space, but I am posting here to find more options.
Currently, I have looked mostly at AlphaVPS, however their support staff seem to be completely unresponsive with my messages and am a little sceptical to give money to a company who doesn't answer basic questions about their service, such as electricity costs and if VAT is included in the list or not.
My needs are as follows:
- 1U colocation
- Any location since our playerbase is quite global, but since I am based in Europe, an option here would be preferred
- Low cost after taking into account electric fees, if not included in the price
- Responsive customer support
- One IPv4, IPv6 optional
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Also - a new website version will be pushed tomorrow. The 35EUR listed price does NOT include electricity, neither does it include VAT. In reality, we're rarely doing anything under the 100EUR mark these days, as it's not worth it for us.

Are you sure you want colocation (bring your own server) rather than renting a dedicated server which would be the more usual step up from a VPS, especially for something like a Minecraft server?

Inleed used to do 1U for like 20-25 euro including electricity and everything. Not sure if that is the case still

What is your budget for this?
If you're looking at purchasing equipment it might not hurt to look at a solid provider and see if there are any options for paying upfront for a longer term and getting some discounts.
