I'm looking for a very low-end KVM VPS with the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Budget: under $12/year
- KVM virtualization only
- 1 dedicated IPv4 (NAT is not acceptable)
- At least 512MB RAM
- Linux support
- Root access
Preferred locations (APAC):
- Vietnam 🇻🇳
- Japan 🇯🇵
- South Korea 🇰🇷
- Singapore 🇸🇬
- India 🇮🇳
Other nearby Asia-Pacific locations are also welcome if the network quality is good.
I'm mainly planning to use it for lightweight services such as:
- WireGuard/Tailscale relay
- Small proxy
- Monitoring
- Personal scripts
Stability is more important than performance. A single vCPU and small SSD are perfectly fine.
LET specials, annual promotions, and provider offers are all welcome.

AFAIK, doesn't exist outside promotional. Even my cheapest APAC from @NDTN is $12.5/y.
