As per @xTom's FAQ, they support BGP sessions in HK but you can't buy the addon in HostBill for some reason. https://v.ps/faq/
@hosthatch offers BGP sessions in HK for a $10 USD one-time fee (perhaps it's waived in their regular non-promo plans?)
