    Not cool to increase prices without even a single email...

    Been using your services for over a year, and VNC still doesn't work...
    Plus we are still unable to switch the interface to English, which is literally built-in with HostBill

    Unfortunately, I don't know how to adjust it on the hostbill. I also don't see VNC working on it. If you have any problems with the VPS, you can help me by ticketing me.
