Are you sure you need 8 vCPUs? It's easier and cheaper to get just a few vCPUs that are more powerful (e.g. Ryzen 9 is common)
I think you mean that US East and US Central are both fine, right? Or are you confused about where Chicago and Texas are?

Yes sorry I shouldve explained better -- My US geography is good lol.
East and Central are fine.
My apologies

Don't really know what your "levels/roles" are on this community but...
You broke quite a few Community Rules with your troll meme there... Flagged ya for being a straight up dick when I am a new member trying to get some assistance.
If you didn't like my post, have problems with it, be a man/woman and reach out to me directly or simply move on.
Many thanks for reaching out. To provide better context, I own a few businesses, one is a website evaluation tool/app:
The application performs website audits of up to roughly 3,000 pages per paid report. It will run several crawler jobs concurrently, downloading and parsing HTML, extracting links and metadata, checking pages, aggregating results, and generating reports. We may also run headless Chromium/Lighthouse workloads, which are considerably more CPU-intensive.
The goal isn’t specifically “8 vCPUs at all costs”; it’s enough sustained CPU capacity to support approximately 4–8 concurrent workers without severe throttling or steal time. I’d absolutely consider fewer, faster Ryzen cores if they provide better real-world performance.
What CPU model do you offer, are the vCPUs shared or dedicated, and do you have benchmark results? I’m open to a strong 4–6 vCPU Ryzen VPS if it will outperform a typical 8-vCPU shared plan.

I truly thank you for providing valuable information.
My budget can go higher, I just didn't know where to start. I got a deal from PureVoltage so I thought I'd use their $45/yr specs and then try to "guesstimate" what the next step up would be.
So I can go higher, thats no problem at all.
