In urgent need of a Storage VPS

I need a Storage VPS with atleast below specs -
• 2 vpcu or better / atleast 2-4GB ram (Xeon, epyc, any decent CPU is alright)
• 4TB HDD storage
• 20TB or better outbound Monthly (1Gbps/10Gbps, any is ok)
• Ready to pay for a full year , Max budget is 80-90$ per year (strict budget)
Note: already checked @TNAHosting @greencoludvps , the bandwidth is not enough for me

What's the use case? @PulsedMedia got 1TB seedbox with rootless docker x 4 will be €7.96/m with 40TB at 1gbps
I don't think @DediRock has that much BW on their
storage warlines. Neither @DeluxHost. Maybe @xHosts can do something with your budgetAlready checked before posting. Fair use policy is 1TB /€ of spending. Its not enough
4tb HDD is mandatory. Used pulsedmedia in the past. Performance was not satisfactory and I strictly need vps for full root access and finer control.
Usecase is Usenet, seedbox, media server, telegram bots, etc
Seems like more reason to use them... I know migrating existing service to docker is a bit cumbersome. But, I think the other options is 2x more expensive
