I didn't trust Indian hosting providers as much as european ones due to bad experience from past after using yours, it completely changed.

Nothing planned yet, market price sucks for hardware, but still 2 week left, I will see if I have anything to offer.

Turns out, their upstream provider has issues with Airtel broadband. I can connect via Jio5G/Airtel 5G but not via Airtel broadband.
Bummer. I hope they sort it out.

That 1G is $1000, but it is not 95% any more. At $1000 in 2026, it is burstable on a 10G port. You don't need to take my word for it, you can call Jio Business and ask them. I told you it is 13 lakh per year with GST: you can verify. I tried it from West of India. I am not sure how it works in North East.
I see two issues:
Which home broadband allows you to use more than 3300GB/month continuously for more than 2 months? rDNS with IPv6 support for proper static IP that actually allows open ports is rare.
I do not even have a UPS at home even if I buy one that can keep it running for 10-12 mins after power loss, what do I do from 15th minute onwards?
Why pick a local DC or w/e you are talking it?
It has redundant power/UPS, cooling, multiple ISP fibre connectivity, solar panels, etc.
I run a small time tech blog and I write for others too but I found a lot of funny things about DCs or two, I will share a few with you:
CtrlS and Adani DC is inside a shed in deputy commissioner office in Amingaon last time I checked.
NIXI is in 3rd floor of AMTRON building.
They are somehow getting certifications and many of them are government DCs. Maybe do a post about them and share a link?

In fact both of my current VPS are running on Desktop grade AMD CPUs: Ryzen 9 9900X and 7900.
Previously when I was with @gigahost it was also a Desktop grade AMD CPU. It ran so well for years.
They have Tower PCs doesn't mean that they don't have enterprise servers or customers. I asked them about super budget options only. So, they treated me likely and gave me the above offer. You need enterprise server with enterprise SLA, be prepared to pay a minimum of 40k+/month like an enterprise customer or even more with GPU options.
Ncxhost.com has one own and one leased space for DC. They have AMD hardware [I like]. They also do enterprise Intel hardware. They can do custom servers or private cloud setups. They have GPU servers. They are offering colo. Is this not a proper DC thingy?

Yes 95% means, you are paying for 1G 95% and port can be 10G. Basically they need atleast 10% commit.

The fair use policy is that it is shared with others? There is no data transfer limitations.

Was the VPS sign up sorted? Did you actually get one yet? If so, please share more like synthetic benchmarks or information on what you actually got?
Writing stuff in website takes few min but but actually having all those things is something else.
As I said before, these days you will see many hosting websites calls themselves a DC, but in real either they are owning rack in other datacenters or having rack in their office without having everything required for calling themselves a datacenter.
Google tire3 datacenter requirements and see if they have those already.
At last i would request someone from assam to visit them physically and make inside and outside videos, it will easily prove things.

Broadband company in india works in 2-3Mbps avg uses means whatever the plan is, actual uses is 2-3Mbps per user. So if they can't offer you true unmetered bandwidth of their plan then you already know it's not possible.
There is a reason they have added fair uses policy of 3300GB per user.
Jio has plan of 1G 6TB in about 10000 INR including GST, why ?
They are not fools to adding FUP in their port capacity.
So maybe they should remove the unlimited bandwidth thing, rest everything else is okay.
After all for newbe post like this is the learning lessons, they will know and update stuff accordingly.
I wish them best of luck, good to see new guys entering market. Just avoid over marketing, over promise stuff.
Their upstream provider has issues. I will ask for refund because it is not acceptable right now that airtel broadband users can't access the server.
I'll listen to @HostDZire for this one because I too have the same opinion. Even though NcxHost is from my city itself and I'll be biased for them but even then, I know what they are claiming is not possible.
They already have issues with upstream providers and they themselves told me that many other clients facing the same. That's a deal breaker in itself.
I would suggest to please visit them once and post here update, you are their customer now and you can visit them easily. So please do it and post update here, some videos would be nice.
From here we can only speculate, only seeing their DC in person will clear things up.
In today's world where people have moved from DTH/Dish to Streaming Apps, if a broad company is assuming actual usage of 2-3 Mbit/s per home user, they might be a few decades behind don't you think so?
We have a 4k TV, 1 iPad, 1 Smartphone, FHD TV box always on streaming something or the other. And I have a nuclear family.
Neighbour is the same or more. Basically everyone in the apartment complex is on Streaming apps only. In the world of endless short-form videos in hands of every individual, that is suppose to be a rather moderate average or I must say dated?

I agree. One must go and check whether they can actually co-locate servers properly or not. Also, whether they have enterprise servers running, if they allow a casual visit. I mean, who knows they might be co-locating servers themselves in some DC with no own or leased DC space. If so, they cannot co-locate for others.
I will let the provider respond to this. If they ever join LET.

Probably Airtel is their upstream and with the tunneling setup you ran into issue, if something in the routing is considered "internal" on Airtels side and therefore the tunnel is skipper/not working.
If large landlines or fiber are hard to get using multiple 5G mobile connections wouldn't surprise me.
Over all don't get me wrong. I respect their efforts! Everyone has to start somewhere and others mentioned, even Hetzner started out with tower pcs on shelves.
So best of luck to the guys. I just would not consider this even beta phase and for the prices you still need to pay, you'll have to be a big spender to cross finance and be a lab rat.
Please understand what i am saying, i have ran a broadband company as well.
So i know the AVG uses per user.
Thing is broadband, ISP, Hosting, all this works overselling.
So when they take like 1G from upstream, they put users as long as uses reaches 80%
And currently they can put max 500 broadband users currently. it might be more less because closed my broadband company 2-3 years ago after JIO/Airtel came.
So lets say if 3Mbps is the AVG uses, 1000/3 = 333 Users.
333 Users x 500 INR avg price = 1,66,666 INR
Cost is 1,00,000 INR, staff, fiber maintenence, router, onu cost etc.
This is just rough idea how it works.
So what i am saying is if broadband company unable to give you unmetered BW or lets say 10TB FUP then you know cost is so high due which which they cant handle the uses even when their actual per user avg uses comes to only 2-3Mbps.
Imagine how they will do in VPS/Server
Because here user will actually use the given BW, here also they will use less than given BW if its FUP, but here avg uses will be high than those broadband users. also here high precentage of traffic will be international than broadband users if he gets international clients off course, which he will get because of vps and dedicated server. those traffic will not go through IX, Local google servers etc. so here your IP Transit will have high uses than normal broadband users.
So saying unmetered even with shared is to impossibe, either you will end of giving so slow network speed to users, or you will suspend those who will actually use the BW to prevent uses.
Currently no matter how big you are, offering unmetered even by saying shared is not possible in india currently.
JIO/Airtel has own fiber layed within india, still not offering true unmetered broadband even with 100Mbps speed, reason ? because they know its not possible, because traffic will not be within india only, it will also go international so there they will unable to handle.

I think current state is not even a good homelab servers setup, so they should not call it Tire3 Datacenter, but if they are hosting somewhere else then i dont know, this needs to be verified if they have actually a proper Tire3 Datacenter. or even hosting in other Tire3 datacenter
There is long way to go, off course if they takes feedback, they will improve things.

Just suggest them to remove that unmetered BW tagline, because it will kill them, they will get lots of pressure if users will not get what was promised

@manish an update, actually the ip is not listed in black.mail.abusix.zone so it will have no affect on email deliverability. The blacklist in which the ip is listed is a policy list which includes ips with invalid abuse contacts. I am opening a ticket they should be able to fix it.... will update you after hearing back. I will also monitor its uptime for few months and will let u know, just ping me incase i forget.
Edit: I forgot to mention. I had messaged the support team, the person behind ncx is doing his PhD from IIT Guwahati. He is friendly guy, I just hope the service will also be good and reliable. I have asked him to update the website and whmcs theme too !! I asked him about if speed is throttled to 250Mbits/sec, he replied the node I am on at present is nearly full, so during peak hours speed will be near 250, offtime I can expect upto 800.

Yes, I know about it too. Sadly, both the account by his DC @NCXHost @NCXHostDC got banned, I am not sure how it happened but it could be owing to some silly employee or worker who might have spammed or something?

They also run an email service called Letter.is, it has MX that runs on NCXhost and a set of relays world-wide. Its a unique managed mailcow based setup unlike other reseller kind of thingy.
I am also trying to get them to fix a lot of thing with it. Sadly, there is no direct communication channel between me and Sunit as of yet.
