Looking for Dedicated SV with iGPU or older GPU (e.g.RX580) in SEA (Phillipines, Hong Kong, Vietnam)

Title, I have a svc that needs bare metal with high core count, min 8, 16 threads and either iGPU or an older GPU also works like RX 580 but 8GB VRam minimum
My current setup ranges from 5700G hosts to i5 13500 to Ryzen 5950x with RX 580
I need 64GB Ram minimum and am willing to pay ~$50~$100 depending on the server
Any recommendations? This is a infra heavy service the one I'm building so whoever becomes a partner I will for sure need more and more dedicated servers as the service grows.

are you botting SEA gacha games or smthg
GPU will be expensive, and probably require minimum contract
well can be igpus or older gpu that are no good for AI and I'm also willing to commit to some minimum contract if prices are good
