We usually host 3-5 clients on a dedicated server depending on the client's configurations so as not to exceed the server's specifications, that's why we also offer disk space starting with 100gb to 250gb NVMe when others offer starting at 30gb
It's guaranteed by pinning a VM to its own cores and not pinning any other VMs to those cores.
