Onidel - feels like Premium
I've been buying VPS for many years before arriving on LET in 2022, where sometimes I expected nothing, and got nothing; Rarely I got more than I expected, but it happened before.
What I never got, was the sense that you had dedicated professionals around the clock looking after their shit. No waiting days for tickets to be answered (If its not your fault that something's not working);
This is the closest I've got to a premium service for a modest price on LET (Given the package as a whole). The price is a bit steeper than the competition, but... is it really competition?
With @onidel for the first time, I have the confidence to use an LET provider for production. I'm sure there are others here up to the task, but we like cheap stuff, and @onidel is the closest to cheap that got me an excellent service and support so far.
