VPS in Hong Kong for Tor exit node
This may be a bit of an ask so I'll keep my budget unspecified (best I've seen was around $4/month, but that was a bit of a unicorn) just to see what's out there. I'm looking for a Hong Kong VPS with the following minimum specs:
- 1 vCPU (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 1.5 GB RAM
- 5 GB storage (any type)
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 80 Mbps or 15 TB/month
The provider must be tolerant of Tor exits. Payment via cryptocurrency strongly preferred. Peering to AS135330 and dual-stack connectivity would be a plus but is not required. I'll be a long-term customer.

Seems like they take crypto and there is nothing explicitly against Tor in their TOS but just in case open a ticket and check.
$17.07/month for 1 GB RAM is... a lot. It's strange because 0.5 GB RAM is $4.27/month.
I'll message them anyway and see if it's possible to work out a deal.
Is there any reason to host vaultwarden instance on tor only(which im doing now), or there are no benefits in that case ?
As an onion service? It depends on what your goals are. If you want its location to stay hidden, sure. And if you don't need to hide the location, you can improve performance by enabling non-anonymous and single-hop mode.
One nice thing about onion services, even if you don't need the anonymity, is that you don't have to trust centralized CAs. The domain itself gives you authentication and protects against MITM attacks.

Which gives me those authentication benefits and improves performance, at the expense of not doing much to hide the site's location. I use it for SSH, for example, to keep the bots from spamming my logs.

NL has DDoS protection. CH and HK didn't. Apparently someone is going after Aluy personally. No idea why but whoever it is should go jump off twelve cliffs and should donate two HK VPSes to me.

Its not easy what aluy is doing. It attracts a lot of attention and costs are high for CH and HK.
