Seeking Architecture Advice: Scaling Cross-Border Matrix Network (~200 Egress Nodes) Beyond Single C

Hi LET community,

We are currently running a cross-border social media/e-commerce matrix network operating around 200 egress nodes/devices.

Current Setup

  • Relay/Ingress: A single high-bandwidth BandwagonHost (CN2 GIA) VPS running 3x-ui.
  • Egress/Landing: A mix of static residential SOCKS5 proxies and low-cost VPS with residential IP attributes running 3x-ui (SOCKS5 inbound).
  • Traffic Flow: Local Devices → Central CN2-GIA Relay (3x-ui) → SOCKS5 Landing Proxies → Target Platforms.

Why We Need to Upgrade (Current Pain Points)

  1. Single Point of Failure (SPOF): If our main CN2-GIA relay gets blocked, throttled, or goes offline, all 200 operational nodes are down simultaneously.
  2. High Bandwidth Costs: Paying premium prices for raw CN2-GIA traffic to haul all matrix data is no longer cost-effective as we scale.
  3. Protocol & Fingerprint Concerns: Plain SOCKS5/chained proxy setups lack traffic obfuscation and make centralized device-to-IP correlation easier for target platforms/GFW under high concurrency.
  4. Management Overhead: Managing 200 separate 3x-ui/SOCKS5 endpoints manually is becoming a maintenance nightmare.

What We Are Looking For

We want to revamp our network topology for better redundancy, scalability, cost-efficiency, and stealth:

  • What is the industry standard / best-practice topology for managing ~200 residential proxy routing endpoints?
  • Should we move towards a multi-ingress load-balanced mesh (e.g., CMIN2 / 9929 / BGP entry points with Realm/GOST forwarding)?
  • How can we best decouple the transport layer (e.g., VLESS Reality / Hysteria2 / WireGuard overlay) from the final residential SOCKS5 egress?
  • Any recommended tools or lightweight orchestration panels for managing multi-node relay rules efficiently?

Any architectural advice, routing diagrams, or provider recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
