Prefer Spec:
CPU: 16 thread
RAM: 64G
Disk: 21T or 500G Nvme
HDD: 410T HDD
Bandwidth: 10G port at limited bandwidth
Location: Need one in US East, one in US West, one in Japan and one in Singapore.
Don't have to be from the same provider so if you have a spec that fits well, please let me know. Thanks!
Budget would be ~200 USD/month for each

    Actually, if you're ok with a VPS I can do this:
