    @simo Yes, still no public IPv4 despite completing KYC. Ticket #28238, opened Jul 19. Support looped in Accounting on it 2 days ago, still open. Would appreciate a look — thanks!

    Did you use Google or Discord to register for your account? (instead of an email/password) I believe people have reported issues with that.

    If not, you can try to create a ticket with support for assistance they might re-route your request to engineering.
