Update: Completing the KYC verification did not change anything. The VPS still has no public IPv4, and the control panel continues to offer IPv4 only as a paid $2/month add-on. I'm still waiting for DartNode's explanation and a response to my support ticket.

Do you still have any service without an IP? If so, please send me the ticket number, and I'll check it for you.

@simo Yes, still no public IPv4 despite completing KYC. Ticket #28238, opened Jul 19. Support looped in Accounting on it 2 days ago, still open. Would appreciate a look — thanks!

I have assigned you the public IPv4 and replied to your ticket as well :)

I have a "RYZEN-1" plan that I haven't been using and would like to transfer at a low price; feel free to send me a private message.

You know, im sad it doesnt include the disk bench, but seeing the multicore being half as quick as the single core is also a good sign

Edit: Oh shit, they did something to their storage!

Why do I keep getting this message after registering an account and getting to the billing settings page, even after filling in my account information?

"We couldn't find your billing account — please go back and finish the account step."

Did you use Google or Discord to register for your account? (instead of an email/password) I believe people have reported issues with that.

If not, you can try to create a ticket with support for assistance they might re-route your request to engineering.

If you used a VPN to register, or if the information you provided was random, this could trigger such an issue. Feel free to DM me your email address, and I’ll be happy to check this for you..
