I wanna buy a vps for torrent with unmetered or 10TB just for downloading some files in torrent/transmission and download it with IDM for me and my friends, I don't wanna upload a file to torrent. With 1Gbps speed coz I also wanna make it for SSH Tunneling, with cost $7 - $15. Can u tell me?? Sorry for my bad english

Why do you need a managed VPS for torrenting? What is there to manage specifically? Do you want them to install the torrent client for you?
Sounds like a seedbox service may work better in your favour if that's the case. -m.
I wanna have fully root access for tunneling, and what I've known the seedbox isn't come with it.
Managed means hand-holding support and usually means at least $30-50 per month. I think that's not really what you're asking for.
