Has ddps.jp Gone Dark? Looking for Updates on Their Operational Status
Has anyone recently received a response from DDPS.jp?
I placed an order, but it has been stuck on “Under Review” ever since. I have also tried contacting their customer service and submitting support tickets, but so far I have not received any reply.
I am not trying to accuse them of anything. I just want to know whether they are still operating normally, experiencing delays, or having some kind of technical or staffing issue.
Has anyone successfully placed an order, received a service activation, or heard back from their support team recently? Any updates or recent experiences would be appreciated.

Both your order and support ticket were submitted yesterday during a public holiday in Japan, which briefly delayed our response. We’re up and running normally, and your service has now been fully activated.
