tickets can take weeks to get an answer, just search for chunkserve on LET
When it works, it is great. But when it does not...tickets indeed may take weeks, try to ping him here or maybe on discord [if you use it].
dedi works fine, but tickets took them 6 months to reply
He replied today and my vps its online he also wanted to compensate me but i refused , he is a nice guy but i think a single person cant handle 1000 clients thats the reason why he is lost on his own garden. I will need to migrate my work from there and transfer my work somewhere else. But cant say nothing because price its cheap and these things are expected.
Best
Yes. That was my experience as well. A super nice guy but taken clients more than he can manage so struggling a bit. Even though, I don't have any servers with him now, I wish him well and hopefully he will hire staff so that so that it becomes easier for him.
This has been my worst experience. I bought a server and my payment was debited, but their system says it's pending. Then I opened a ticket and they told me to wait 3 hours for them to check. They activated a server, but the one they activated was faulty. Then I had to wait another 2 hours. Honestly, the worst service. Don't fall for it.
Yes I got a good deal but took it month by month, fully expecting downtime if something arises knowing it's a small (or one guy) team with a lot on their plate. But that's the roulette you pay with some of these deals on LET.
After thorough vetting the provider seemed earnest, just underwater. I may switch to a yearly offering eventually, I'm happy so far, and knowing the caveats ahead of time allow me to make redundancy plans. They're a good value IMO, Just not for anything critical.
Mine has been down a few days, I do not run anything high priority on it but very useful when it is working. For the low price I am not complaining about the down time. Great when it runs though.
VPS is unstable even for a Globalping host. Will not be renewing my service
Though my last words regarding this host were kind of harsh, I am still having services with them. As of now, those VPS are so cheap, that I dont mind letting them idle. Im dead honest: Dont use those servers for anything productive. Those VPS are okay, if I decide to test something. Just reinstall the OS, push my application, test the fuck out of it and be done. For anything else those servers just simply lack the reliability I need / wish for. BUT: Its still worth keeping my services. This may get better over the next one or two years, maybe not. Its a gamble I am willing to take.
not able to ssh to vps since purchase, for single reply from @Chunkserve tooks 3-4 days. in response he ask question again waiting for reply. not able use vps from purchased. new vps assigned already blacklisted ip address
