Need SG VPS for personal lab....

I'm in the market for a new VPS located in Singapore to host some personal projects, staging environments, and containerized applications.
Here are the specifications I am looking for:
- Location: Singapore (SG)
- RAM: 8 GB
- CPU: 2-4 CPU is fine (Shared / Fair-share is perfectly acceptable)
- Storage: 40 GB+ SSD or NVMe preferred
- Bandwidth: 1 TB+ (or a standard reasonable allocation for SG network routes)
- IP: 1x IPv4 (IPv6 is a nice bonus but not strictly required)
- Virtualization: KVM preferred
Budget: $50 - $60 USD / year (Looking for recurring pricing if possible, but open to 1-year promos if the provider is well-established).
Please drop your recommendations, provider offers, or affiliate links below. If there are any active flash sales or custom plans that fit this criteria, I'd love to see them.

On that budget with your desired specifications, not many options I believe. There's a GreenCloud offer here https://greencloudvps.com/billing/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=1. $68/yr if paying annually or $60/yr if paying triennially. Grab it quick though, only 2 more available.
I would recommend @onidel and @NDTN GreenCloudVPS for Singapura
If you don't mind Johor Bahru next door, @advinservers isn't bad, very solid.
There are more. I just cannot remember it all.
8GB memory at near 5USD a month is very difficult in asia. Only option I can think of is GreenCloudVPS as mentioned above. But read their T&C properly before. If you can increase the budget, you can go for @onidel @advinservers (Johor) @kuroit @webhorizon @RIYAD (they can offer you a custom deal if possible).
