QDE (@QDE) Crypto Payment / Invoice Expired Issue - Support Ticket Unanswered

Hello LET Community,I am writing this thread to get some attention from the @QDE team regarding my recent order, as well as to check if any other members here are currently using their services and experiencing similar support delays.

A couple of days ago, I attempted to purchase a VPS service from QDE.com using Litecoin (LTC) from my exchange. Unfortunately, due to the exchange's automatic withdrawal fee deduction, the final amount received by their payment system was slightly lower than the total invoice amount. As a result, the payment QR code/invoice expired on their system. The funds have definitely left my wallet and the transaction has been fully confirmed on the blockchain.I opened a support ticket immediately to get this sorted out manually, but I have not received a single response or update yet. Since their system restricts clients to only one active ticket at a time, I am completely locked out from opening an emergency or billing escalation ticket.

Provider Tag: @QDE (formerly Hizakura B.V.)
Support Ticket ID:#506888
Cryptocurrency: Litecoin (LTC)

I understand that budget providers operate with a lean team, but a complete lack of response on a financial/billing issue is quite concerning. Hopefully, someone from the QDE team can look into my ticket manually to either activate the VPS or process a refund back to my wallet.

Is anyone else currently hosting with QDE.com? How has your recent experience been with their support response times, especially regarding manual billing adjustments?Thank you for your insights.

I've been with QDE/Hizakura for a few years and I've never needed to open a support ticket.

  • So, what about their servers? Are they good, or do they experience frequent downtime?

I don't recall an outage in the 3 years I've been using them. The performance is stable and in my experience they're really reliable.

OP’s crypto payment timed out, which can happen with crypto payments.

However, no transaction ID was provided, and the customer submitted multiple tickets regarding the same issue. This caused delays in our ticket response time.

    The issue has been resolved.

OP did not send the full LTC payment, which caused a delay in updating the invoice status.

Stellar uptime. And super fast when it comes to tickets.

What shitty gateway do you use that doesn’t support under/over payments properly

We use BTCPay Server for cryptocurrency payments.

Neither we nor any automated billing system can automatically activate a customer’s service if the invoice has not been paid in full.

Automatic activation is only possible once the full required payment amount has been received and confirmed.

Well yes. But most gateways would ask the user to send the remaining amount and then the hook would be triggered

Yes, but some exchanges etc take a fee or there is too many decimals than the wallet lets you put. Its a design fault of the gateway nothing else

Are you a bafoon, or another animal?

I ask, as this applies to basic economy not just crypto, your bank will take FEE’s in situations, services etc these fee’s are displayed.

You either do the simple math calculation yourself, or like the gateway OP used, calculates it for you. Now if OP uses an “Exchange” to send funds, that’s 100% his fault, he does not own any crypto until he clicks “Withdraw” at which time, value will change until settled just like a Stock, or ETF. You wouldn’t ask Chase Bank to make payment from your investment portfolio it makes no sense. Any basic crypto wallet, will add fee’s on-top of the amount you send, so the amount entered arrives always just like a typical bank.

No you are just a retard and clearly haven't used many crypto gateways. My initial comment was that whatever gateway they're using is bad because over/underpayments need manual intervention and that's still my standpoint which is pretty much handled by every gateway...

No, no it is not some of the largest gateways will not accept anything less. And nor should they just because a few set standard of accepting a % loss, the whole point of crypto is not to loose with a middle-man, you want the entire pie. Send the right amount it’s simple not rocket science.

You should really learn how to read and to comprehend. Im not saying anyone is gonna accept less.

Most bigger gateways when you do an underpayment they ask you to send the remaining amount and the entire point of my initial point was that its bad that btcpayserver can't handle under/overpayments properly and that it requires manual intervention. That's all there was to it really and you started yapping some nonsense which anyone understands.

And I completely disagree, crypto is not designed for this never has been at a core. You can make it do it but you can’t modify and existing transaction and actually causes majoir problems Tax wise in a lot of countries.

I absolutely deny the fact this should be standard. Send the right amount it doesn’t take much IQ points
