QDE (@QDE) Crypto Payment / Invoice Expired Issue - Support Ticket Unanswered
Hello LET Community,I am writing this thread to get some attention from the @QDE team regarding my recent order, as well as to check if any other members here are currently using their services and experiencing similar support delays.
A couple of days ago, I attempted to purchase a VPS service from QDE.com using Litecoin (LTC) from my exchange. Unfortunately, due to the exchange's automatic withdrawal fee deduction, the final amount received by their payment system was slightly lower than the total invoice amount. As a result, the payment QR code/invoice expired on their system.The funds have definitely left my wallet and the transaction has been fully confirmed on the blockchain.I opened a support ticket immediately to get this sorted out manually, but I have not received a single response or update yet. Since their system restricts clients to only one active ticket at a time, I am completely locked out from opening an emergency or billing escalation ticket.

I understand that budget providers operate with a lean team, but a complete lack of response on a financial/billing issue is quite concerning. Hopefully, someone from the QDE team can look into my ticket manually to either activate the VPS or process a refund back to my wallet.
Is anyone else currently hosting with QDE.com? How has your recent experience been with their support response times, especially regarding manual billing adjustments?Thank you for your insights.

I've been with QDE/Hizakura for a few years and I've never needed to open a support ticket.
So, what about their servers? Are they good, or do they experience frequent downtime?
I don't recall an outage in the 3 years I've been using them. The performance is stable and in my experience they're really reliable.
