Hi
We have noticed that the anti-DDoS protection occasionally identifies legitimate traffic as an attack and automatically closes the affected ports.
i shoud delete the port from list manually
Could you please advise if it is possible to create an exception or whitelist for specific ports prevent them from being blocked incorrectly?
Hey @ca1,
Please open a support ticket on skrime.eu/support with your server IP and the specific ports/services affected. We'll take a look at the mitigation profile on our side and see what we can adjust - it's not something we can configure over the forum.
Thank you. I’m looking for high-performance products to support my store’s sales. Your products meet my requirements perfectly. Also, I’d like to ask if you ignore business complaints?
No, we don't ignore complaints or abuse reports of any kind, regardless of the type of content or business. Notices are handled, not forwarded or dropped.
If your store operates in a space that attracts unusual complaint volume (DMCA, brand/trademark, chargeback disputes, etc.), we're not the right host - you'd be better off with providers that specifically advertise complaint-tolerant policies.
If it's a normal e-commerce operation, happy to help - just open a ticket or drop a DM with your specs and I can point at the right plan.
Update - RYZEN DDR4 now 35% off until 19.07.2026

Hi,
CPU on RYZEN 5950X server is now consequently 44% slower for the last 2 days all through, why?
You got neighbours buddy
Hey @Blubb,
Please open a ticket with your product ID and I'll take a look at the host it's on. If a neighbour is causing sustained CPU contention, that gets addressed - either we shuffle things around on the node, or we discuss upgrading you to VDS if that's a better fit for your workload.
Not something I can dig into from a forum post - the ticket lets me look at the actual host metrics and rule out other causes (steal time, host load, or something else entirely).
What do you mean by “Unlimited Traffic”
Is this still fair usage?
Pretty much has to be. Otherwise if people start blasting the 10g port at 3.74€/m it won't be pretty one way or the other. Not sure how if feel about calling this "unlimited" though... There will 100% be limits. Either when the congestion on the node saves them from bankruptcy or when people get booted for pushing too much data.
@SKRIME do you run any sort of RAID/ZFS or storage redundancy on these? I'm primarily interested in the AMD DDR4
@lirrr @totally_not_banned - traffic itself is genuinely uncapped. No monthly volume, no counter, no per-GB overage - what you push through the port in a month doesn't matter to us. What we can't sell is a dedicated 10 Gbps line rate 24/7 on a shared port, that's just physics with other VMs on the node. Call it shared-port fair-use if you want, but the number itself is uncapped - normal heavy use is completely fine, no one gets booted for pushing "too much data" on any real-world workload.
@Lex - yes, all our nodes run NVMe in RAID 1 (mdraid). Storage is redundant at the disk level on every plan, RYZEN DDR4 included.
Pretty good so far. Just note that there is a €5 minimum deposit and the refund policy is unclear. I would like to know if custom ISOs or rescue mode are available.
Hey @1722145042,
custom ISOs aren't self-service in the panel, but they can be uploaded and mounted via a support ticket, so if you have a specific ISO in mind just open one and we'll handle it.
Rescue mode is not yet self-service either, but it's on the way and will land in the panel soon. In the meantime, if you need to boot into rescue for recovery, a ticket gets it done.
Is it?
§ 6. Shared Hosting Services
§ 6.1. - In the event of high network utilization (traffic, bandwidth), CPU resource usage, or high storage read and write speeds, SKRIME reserves the right to suspend Shared Hosting services without prior notice. Intentional sabotage of the functionality and quality of Shared Hosting services will result in the immediate suspension of the customer account and all rented services.
Why is your 9950x barely faster than Ryzen 5000 in GB6?
My VPS had a constant CPU steal problem. I just gave up.
