Looking for Budget Annual VPS ($20–$40)
im looking for a low-cost annual VPS within a budget of around $20–$40/year.
Requirements:
CPU: 2 cores (preferably decent performance, not oversold/very slow cores)
RAM: 2–4 GB
Storage: 40–50 GB+ SSD (flexible if other specs are good)
Billing: Annual only
Bandwidth: Low usage normally, but should not hard throttle or suspend instantly if usage spikes
Use case:
Running multiple Telegram bots (Docker containers)
Hosting a small website
Light background tasks
Would prefer:
Stable performance (no heavy overselling)
Decent network uptime
US/EU/Asia location is fine
